Im not sure about this,probably that was at the beggining of the war,i mean in 2022 we had Sinoptik band playing at the same festival and 2 out of 3 members made it and the 3rd wasnt able to cross the border! I think now they allow military age man to cross the border,here in Romania on refugees camps ive seen a lot of men,and all around Romania also! I dont know
